
iVos Claims Management System.
One of the key components of our success has been maintaining open communication with our clients. In doing so, we have found that by ensuring a streamline process for disseminating information, we have created a mechanism for mitigating claims costs as well. Certainly, the more informed each party is with respect to each claim, the better able we are to work cohesively in keeping that claim under tight supervision and control.
To facilitate this open communication, we have arranged for our clients to have complete access to our claims software (iVOS) as to their respective claims. This browser-based software allows our client contacts to view all information on a real-time basis, and at their convenience. This includes all information we have scanned into the file (medical reports, investigation information, etc.), all examiner notes, information on file reserves, and payments that have been made. Additionally, the "Reporter" function within iVOS enables you to run a myriad of reports pertaining to loss control and claims information.
